1. Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellations must be requested within 3-5 business days of placing the order or signing the agreement.

2. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Cancellations before project initiation (i.e., before work has started) are eligible for a full refund.
  • If work has already commenced, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the stage of project completion.
  • Services that involve custom development, digital branding, or AI-driven automation are non-refundable once the project has progressed beyond the planning phase.

3. Non-Cancellable Services

Certain services are not eligible for cancellation, including:
✔ Custom UI/UX designs that have been delivered.
✔ Website or mobile app development after the initial concept approval.
✔ SEO and digital marketing services already executed.
✔ AI automation services once implementation has started.

4. Refund Process for Cancellations

  • If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways or banks are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

We take pride in our services and ensure that all projects meet client expectations. However, if you are dissatisfied, you may be eligible for a refund based on the conditions below:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds will only be provided for services not yet started.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for projects in progress, depending on the work completed.
  • No refunds will be provided for fully delivered services.

2. Refund Request Process

  • Our team will review your case and respond within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Exemptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
✔ Changes in client requirements after the project has started.
✔ Client dissatisfaction due to lack of clear communication or requirements.
✔ Third-party software, hosting, or integrations purchased on behalf of the client.
