    • Upon agreement and payment confirmation, our team will initiate the project.
    • Project timelines vary based on complexity and will be communicated to the client beforehand.
  • Instant Digital Services (e.g., Consultation, Branding Strategy, Automation Setup)
    • After successful payment, clients will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
    • If applicable, credentials or access details for consultations or digital solutions will be shared.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Since all our services are digitally delivered, no refunds will be issued once the service has been provided or initiated.
  • Rescheduling of consultations is allowed with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session.
